Payment
Currently you may pay for Products on the Site via “Cash on Delivery” service.
Shipping
We will ship your Orders to the address that you specify when you place your Order. We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 10,000. For orders under Rs. 10,000, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. We typically ship Orders within 2-5 business days of receiving your Order.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy on all Products. If the received product is not damaged or defected or incomplete, then you can initialize return procedure by sending the pictures to us by email or WhatsApp. Kindly mention the order ID in your request.

After the review of your request, we will arrange a pickup.
The product will not be eligible for return if:

- You did not like the product after opening the package.

- You have changed your mind about the purchase.

- Size of a fashion product does not fit.

- The product is damaged after use.
To raise a return request, customer should make sure:

- The product should be returned as it was received by you.

- The product should not be used in a way that its originality is altered.

- The product should be returned with all the accessories received with the product.
The product will be replaced, or money will be refunded as a voucher depending on the request.
